[Humoral antitumor cytotoxins in the ascitic forms of malignant ovarian tumors]. / Gumoral'nye protivoopukholevye tsitotoksiny u bol'nykh astsitnymi formami zlokachestvennykh opukholei iaichnikov.

Antitumor cytotoxins were determined in patients with ascitic malignant tumors of ovaries, and the data of immunological assays were correlated with clinical findings. The level of humoral antitumor cytotoxins in these patients was found to be rather varied. It was noted that patients with a more high level of humoral antitumor cytotoxins responded somewhat better to the treatment, that confirms the importance of this index for characterization of immunoprotective forces of the organism.
